I had an evaluation scheduled with this provider. He canceled the original appointment the morning of the exam due to issues on his end and asked to reschedule for the next day. I agreed and showed up in person for the rescheduled appointment. When I arrived at the office, the building was locked, lights were off, and no staff were present. After recommending I go on SSDI, Dr. Poeppe failed to respond to Social Security's request for a copy of my Assessment. He had a little over 2 months to do so. In early September 2024 I called Dr. Poeppe and set up an appointment for an ASD Assessment. I don't remember the exact date it was set up for but when that day was approaching Dr. Poeppe contacted me and had to reschedule the appointment.
