I feel Dr Mathieson does/did not have the expertise in breast reconstruction. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, he was the plastic surgeon who did my restoration. For almost 3 years, it was one problem after another. I felt like I was his guinea pig. I have since found a new surgeon who is fixing the deformity I’ve been living with for 3 years. He put me through so much mental anguish, and his bedside manner needed much attention. Happy retirement, Dr Mathieson. Hoping my new surgeon will fix what you did to me.

Dr. Mathieson is just a wonderful surgeon and also a wonderful person! I had the pleasure of working in the operating room with him, as an O.R. Nurse! He is my choice! His wife, Shannon, could not be any kinder! They are a fine example for other practices and other surgeons !!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!
