Everything I read on this Doctor is accurate. I was there 31/2 hours. I have 5 bulging disc. With spinal stenosis. He said it's not bad enough for surgery. Sent me on my way and said you will have to get back to work. Who is working for who here? QME should be more about relieving pain then getting an individual back to work.
I believe these ratings are coming from disgruntled employees and not a fair assessment of the Doctor. He is highly educated and well respected .
Constantly late, distracted, on the phone with personal calls. Feel like his personal life has a priority over you
Terrible experience with this doc. Wait times are excessive. I've actually sat there waiting for over an hour while I could hear him on the phone in the next room talking about his horses. Very unprofessional. He's arrogant and doesn't seem to care about your problems if you're not a surgical candidate. With the exception of one visit, an appointment that should have taken 20-30 minutes max took 90-120 minutes. Don't waste your time here.
Waited for over two hours and nobody cared in the office. Saw the doctor for less than 3 minutes and he was done with me.

The staff was courteous and I was see promptly. Dr. Greenspan was knowledgeable and just genuinely cared. He took the time to hear my concerns & answers all my questions (which was a lot). I am happy I picked him. I didn't feel rushed and that is so important to me.
