I had knee surgery in April by another physician. Was not done correctly and so I called Dr. Gittens and he said he could see why I was having all of this pain. I used to work with Dr Gittens many years ago. I will go nowhere else in the future.
Dr. Mark Gittens is an excellent surgeon and along with his staff at OrthoNeuro, provides great care. I am very pleased with the outcome of my robotic assisted, total knee replacement.
I received a full hip replacement arthroplasty two weeks ago and could not be more pleased. From my initial meeting with Dr. Mark Gittens, through intake, pre-op, surgery and post-op, the entire procedure was flawless. Neede hip replacement and doc insisted I improve health to minimize complications and optimize recovery. Despite the partial improvement I had a few complications…all my own doing. First an infection needs to be surgically cleaned. Then received antibiotics that put me in shock. My heart stopped for 13 minutes when Sarah and Doc gave CPR. Fabulous, friendly, informative, helpful, wise and compassionate. Thanks to Doc, Sarah, Hollie and rest of the staff. Five stars to each one.
Saw Dr. Gittins for a second opinion and was impressed as soon as I started speaking with the scheduling department. All of the staff was friendly and demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond for the patient. Dr. Gittins used terminology that was easy to understand and explained the process from the beginning. I will be looking to utilize Dr. Gittins for any and all orthopedic concerns going forward.
