Everyone very kind and willing to listen to my issue.
Had visits scheduled 2 weeks in a row and, both days, just a few hours before the appointment, the doctor's office called and said the doctor decided to leave early that day and we'd have to reschedule even though it's not easy to fit an appointment into our schedule. Never been to a doctor that has so little respect for their patients that they would do that their patients not just once, but twice.
Wonderful staff. I felt comfortable from the moment I came in until I left. Took a very difficult situation and allowed me to feel a bit more at ease.
Dr. Gittins is very professional, thorough, and shows a sincere interest in his patients.
Very personable and approachable human being. Very knowledgeable in his field and he puts you at ease. Highly recommended and I will be seeing him again next year for treatment options for my other knee.
I trust Dr Gittens 100%. Getting ready to have my second knee surgery with him and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Very talented. Great surgeon. Great bedside manner. Office staff is amazing which can make or break an office.
