Great doctor! Cane to talk to me prior to procedure and had reviewed my chart and asked about problems from the past. I appreciated him being through and kind! It was overall such an easy procedure!
Everyone was awesome. They were very busy but they still took very good care of me.
When I arrived for my colonoscopy I approached the check-in counter and waited. I could see and hear several of the staff chatting about a variety of non-procedural topics. I continued to wait and wait, to the point where I actually wondered if I was at the right place. Several minutes passed and finally I was greeted by the woman that sat just in front of the sliding window. The communication made the process easier
Dr. Scheidler has great bedside manner; was patient and didn’t rush our conversation. Answered all my questions. Positive environment; all the staff were friendly and patient as well. If you’re going to have a colonoscopy, a positive and caring environment makes the experience a little bit easier.
The nurse and the anesthesiologist was flat out so comforting and Dr was very well spoken and thorough with explaining before I could even ask any questions. The made me feel calm. I have never be sedated or had surgery and didn’t know what to expect my anxiety was through the roof. And now I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and refer my positive experience
