Service, efficiency and procedure were great. A positive experience all around
Dr. Scheidler came into the prep room before procedure knowing my past medical history & reiterated it with me plus asked if I had any questions. Then after procedure, Dr did a short stop in at recovery, he gave me results & future instructions for care.
All of the nurses, staff and Dr. Scheidler were very professional, friendly and kept me from being nervous.
Excellent experience. This is the third time I have had Dr. Scheidler perform a colonoscopy on me. Every time it has gone well. His staff is excellent. Today's experience was as good it gets (I mean, prep for a colonoscopy isn't fun!). His office recommended a different prep for me but last time I used Suprep (more expensive) but it is so much easier to do. So they accommodated me. WOULDDEFINATELY recommend Dr. Scheidler to family and friends! His caring, compassion and therapeutic knowledge are among the best I've seen .
