I was kept extremely well-informed through the entire process - pre-op, post-op. All my questions were answered in a respectful, timely way. Dr. Wagner has a lovely, low-key “bedside manner”.

Dr Wagner is amazing! His approach to my hip replacement gave me the tools to prepare for a successful outcome, an excellent experience at OSI on my surgery day, and daily check in post surgery to keep me on track. The entire process kept me informed and able to work with his team to ensure a positive outcome.
For me, the biggest thing as a patient is a trust in my physician - that I feel heard, that questions are answered, that there might even be questions to me about my own expectations from a surgery. Dr. Wagner was my surgeon, and he did all of the above. When I had unexpected complications, he was right there explaining what had happened and what needed to be done. The team works extremely well together. The pre-op appointment was very thorough so there were no surprises. Good listening skills. The daily online post-op check-in gave me an opportunity to ask questions and responses were always prompt.
Dr Wagner was professional and caring. Took time to explain things and never talked down or rushed through our visit. I ended up having the first cortisone injection of my life and he is very skilled.
Very professional, listened to my medical history thoroughly and empathetically, asked good follow up questions, specialized diagnostics, and ultimately came to an agreed upon course of action. Other supporting medical staff was very friendly and helpful. Quick scheduling and follow up calls.
Dr Wagner, Carmen, Michelle, actually, every single member of the staff at Orthopedics NW have been professional, responsive, thorough in explanations and instructions, all while having a sense of humor, being kind, patient and thoughtful. Three weeks post hip surgery I’m exactly where I should be in the healing process. And apropos of nothing, everyone there is so darned good-looking - seriously.
Dr. Wagner's my first office visit started with a series of X-Rays before I was even able to talk with Dr. Wagner. I had provided his office the exact same X-Rays from another orthopedic surgeon. I did stop the X-Ray technician because he couldn't tell me why this was happening but only after I had received several X-Rays and the radiation. I completely recovered without surgery and am angry that Dr. Wagner puts his time and the profit of issuing X-Rays above his patient's welfare.
