I had a very positive experience with Dr. Wagner and his team. Hip pain can come from a number of places, so narrowing it down is tricky. In my case it took several conversations with my primary care physician, extensive PT, an MRI on my back all before I saw Dr. Wagner. Once I got a referral to his office the X-Ray showed potentially arthritis, and an MRI confirmed it. The prep, surgery and follow up was very straight forward. I was 41 when I got the total hip, and I'm very glad I did.

I was in constant pain for over 3 years, with lower back, leg, and hip pain, I was referred to numerous "specialists" who could not determine the source of the pain. After my first visit with Dr. Wagner, he was able to identify the injury, and he provided options to address it. He along with his professional staff performed a hip labrum tear repair. Since this surgery I have been pain free, and after being in constant pain for so long, this procedure has been life changing. Highly recommend.

I had a hip replacement 3 years ago and have lived in increasing pain since. I have been to many doctors and been told everything from "it's all in my head" to live with it" Then I met Dr. Wagner, wow what a difference. His P.A. was awesome and really listened to me. Then Dr Wagner came in and asked me to get on the table for the exam. After watching my struggle doing so he said "I can fix this" and when do you want to do it, I responded "yesterday". What a wonderful experience! THANKS DR.

It couldnt have been a better experience. I have never had surgery before and they made me feel very relaxed about the whole thing, which is not easy to do. Im a little high strung. I love Dr Wagner. very professional and personal. Thanks for everything

I was diagnosed with bursitis and an old tear in a hip muscle that resulted in that tissue having deteriorated and, therefore, not being ideal for surgical repair. Not wanting to be in pain nor to limp and have to use a cane for the rest of my life, I opted for surgery. Dr. Wagner repaired the torn muscle and removed the inflamed bursa. I no longer have pain, have successfully completed physical therapy, and am walking normally and performing daily activities as before. Excellent physician!

I had a hip replacement a year ago, then had trouble with pain and range of movement. After trying other options (steroid shots and Physical Therapy), I ended up being referred for Arthroscopic Iliopsoas Surgery with Dr. Wagner. Although apprehensive about having a tendon cut, the surgery was (as promised) a success. Up and walking immediately, forgot about needing the crutches on the second day. My range of motion and pain were immediately improved. I would highly recommend Dr. Wagner.

I was referred to Dr. Wagner in 2014 to have him repair a laberal tear. When he did the surgery he supposedly stitched the tear and also ground the ball of my hip joint. Six months later I talked my Doctor into ordering a post op MRI and it showed that my laberal tear was unchanged from before the surgery. Wich means I will need another surgery and I also have nerve damage that causes pain down the inside of thigh to the top of my calf still to this day. I would never see this doctor again.

I was referred to Dr Mark Wagner by a trusted family member. He performed the procedure to replace my right hip joint in 2016. From my first visit, pre-op, post-op, and the follow-up visits, Dr Wagner and his staff have been professional, courteous, friendly, and most of all accurate as to my condition, treatment, and recovery. It's been a year since the procedure and if I don't mention it, you can't tell I have an artificial hip. First time in many years without pain. Thanks, Dr Wagner!!!

Dr. Wagner's failure to diagnose my labral tear led to a 6 year nightmare including an unecessary spine surgery, tens of thousands of dollars spent out of pocket, loss of my job and necessity for another operation, which finally repaired the labrum. He didn't listen to the story, which suggested a sports injury. He looked at my age and assumed "no arthritis, no hip problem".He didn't order an MRI. I highly UN-recommend him!

Business response:

This is quite disheartening to hear. We specialize in Hip Arthroscopy and Labral Tears and strive to never miss one and to treat every patient with the utmost care and respect. I would love to hear back from this patient and figure out what happened.
