Every time I come here they say I owe money, bullshit I pay my copay every time
I initially consulted with Dr. Silverman in October regarding a head tremor. While Dr. Silverman was excellent during that first appointment, I have been profoundly disappointed by the complete absence of follow-up care thereafter. Following my MRI brain scan, I received no communication regarding the results—neither through my patient portal nor by any other means. Dr said on october 1st get a 72 hr eeg for my special needs daughter. Had to call 45 days later to rescedule the follow up appointment because no one had contacted us for the EEG. The booking people told me we'll we can't get u in until possibly December then why schedule me the way that u did? So u can get the missed appointment money??. Every time I go I get well were short staffed. Dr. Ryan is the only one who seems to even spend 5 minutes with anyone..
They were very busy, but the receptionist did a great job. Everyone was friendly and I really liked Dr. Silverman. Overall, the place was clean. The doctor was professional and kind, and I was extremely happy with my experience.
