I was very impressed with Dr Medel. Her caring manner, professionalism, and knowledge. I’m so glad I finally came to see her about my issues.
Rude, uncaring, blamed me for Memorial Hospitals decisions. Said she was too busy to help me.
If 0 was an option that's what I would truly score her. The office closed 3 minutes before my call and since it was an urgent matter I let the call continue to the on-call physician. She proceeded to yell at me and ask why I called her. How silly of me to think calling my neurologist was a good idea when I've been dealing with dizziness for 3 days and it got to the point I was falling.
