Great cleaning and commensurate professionals The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 was that we started 30 minutes late in the middle of a work day. Otherwise, great experience as usual.
Dr Kremer was able to fix a broken tooth on an emergency visit in under a half hour with no pain whatsoever. Much appreciated and a valuable member of your team!
Great cleaning as always. The staff all are very nice and are very knowledgeable. The prices for cavity fillings are high compared to previous dentists I've been to. My appointment was rescheduled on short notice, which is not a problem as them were able to accommodate my schedule to make a new appointment that week, but the $100 penalty for cancelations on my end seems unfair if they can cancel on me without penalty. Overall I think Dr. Vasilakis and staff are amazing and make me almost like the dentist.

Hi! We totally agree. And in the rare case that we move appointments (in this case our hygienists dad was suddenly hospitalized) we make a note in your chart and make more than the usual one exception to the cancellation policy. We thank you for your patience with the last minute cancellation.
I had to have 3 fillings and was in and out within an hour- no pain,very efficient, and Dr Maria explained what she was doing each step! Plus the chair has a massage feature, so great!

Yet another great visit to dentist. I was seen by Jaymi-Lyn for the first time and found her informative, thorough, and professional with great chair-side manner. Business as usual with Dr. Vasilakis, which is a great thing. I've given a review before and have now been a patient for 4 years. I am happy to still say that from the front desk, to simple cleanings, to major front crown work, the experience is excellent.
Wonderful as always - there aren't many medical practices I'd drive 1.5 hours for! Love Dr. Maria and her entire team.
