Staff was polite.
They were fast and helpful and explained everything, they took their time to see my son.
She is very affectionate and knows how to explain things well to her patients.

This doctor was not normal for this facility. She was a fill-in. She listened to me talk about how my son's history was and then blatantly ignored it in the end.
Three times or so we have seen Dr. Rodriguez, because that Optum office is the nearest to my home. She was not that good, then yesterday was the worst . I can't go back there.
