Still had not arrived at her job by 9:00. I had 8:30 appointment. Not even a little professional!!#

The office staff at 1840 Mease drive Ste. 313, specifically the office manager Pam and her secretary Shanda were VERY rude and unprofessional. Argued with me in front of my child in the office. The doctor also prescribed my son 5 medications and when we arrived for our follow up appointment Dr Hicks staff said she won't speak to us or accept our insurance anymore. Terribly unprofessional and frankly unbelievable that they stay in business.
Nearly two months have passed since Dr. Hicks removed two skin samples and sent them to a lab and I continue to wait to hear from her what the results revealed and what treatment is needed. I know something is not right because I went by the office and asked for a copy of the lab results which indicated they were faxed to the doctors office one week prior to my visit. I have made several phone calls requesting information about the results but no response.
Very caring and knowledgeable as well as cautious. I am a snowbird from Maine. It is very hard to find dermatology specialist in ME however she found a dermatologist she went to school with. Without her talking to this doctor I would have been without treatment for 6 months.
