Dr Hicks is a very professional and knowledgeable physician. She listens to my concerns and addresses each one with treatment or explanation. She directs any assistant helping her with exact instructions how she wants things done. I recommend Dr Hicks for any treatment you may need.

I took my son for acne on Tuesday, 7-21-20. She was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Cynthia, the nurse, was so kind as well. Dr. Hicks explained why we were starting with the treatment she selected and I appreciated the time she took to educate us on the pros and cons of the treatment she selected versus starting with Accutane. We absolutely adored Dr. Hicks. Our appointment was efficient and since we are self-pay (they are not on our insurance plan), they worked with us to get us the lowest prescription costs. My daughter and I love Dr Hicks she is very careful with her exams, very thoughtful. Her office is very busy but I would definitely go back to here again.
Dr. Hicks is an excellent practitioner. Unfortunately, since she has joined Dr. Seth Forman at Forcare on Florida Ave., my experience has been sub par. Rather than practicing a satisfactory level of medical care (from the perspective of the patient.) This new facility gives me the impression of a massive moneymaking machine for Dr. Forman.
