Dr. Herrera saw a family member at the hospital over the weekend. I called her office on Monday afternoon and her assistant on the phone knew almost immediately about our concern and doctor called me back within a couple of hours. She was very thorough, professional and has great bedside manners. Even today when I called to make a follow-up appointment, her assistant was already expecting my call and is jumping through hoops to get us seen asap.
