I have been a patient here for years, and the doctors and staff have always been wonderful. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been a bit frustrating. It appears prescriptions now have to go through an additional approval process before they can be sent to the pharmacy. My appointment was on Monday, and as of Tuesday night I still have not received my refill for a medication I've been taking for years with the same insurance.
