Dr. Guttman is a superb specialist in urology. He is caring, considerate and an excellent surgeon. I would recommend him highly to my friends and family. He has provided care to me for the last three years and I will continue to see him.
I cannot type enough wonderful words to describe Dr. Guttman's stellar communication and excellent knowledge when it comes to the field of Urology. Without getting too personal in a review, I simply must state that I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Guttman for ANY Urology needs; (I even referred someone who lives outside of Florida to Dr. Guttman and that person took the trip to Naples... and was so happy he did).
A miserable place to go for medical help. They seem to routinely overbook – one time when I arrived there for a 9 am appt., I heard the person behind me in line say that he was also there for a 9 am appt. If I counted correctly, there are 14 chairs in the waiting room and on more than one occasion, they’ve all been occupied when I was there, so I had to stand and wait. And the wait is never short. The staff at the front desk is surly. Dr. Guttman is primarily focused on making money.
Both Dr. Balandra and staff are very nice to work with.
My husband had a tough time getting perscriptions handled through this office. Twice we were told by the office the perscription had been mailed to us at our home address but was never received. Than another time our mail order pharmacy claimed they had asked for further information for a perscription twice with no response. When I contacted the office pointing out how difficult our experience had been, we received a letter from tne doctor telling us we should go elsewhere for our medical needs
Dr. Balandra and his Staff are absolutely the VERY BEST. I'm a cancer survivor and have had numerous operations and procedures via Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York and The Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota; Dr. Balandra and his Staff measure equally in professionalism, communication and patient care. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Balandra to anyone seeking a Physician they can count on in terms of experience and trust.
The office staff is joke . Compassion is a yawh in the face be Liz. Long waits just not worth the problems.
I wrote the previous 1* review; it just got worse. The office never billed the insurance company for lab work and now I have a bill for almost $200.
Dr GUTTMAN is a very concerned person about your medical needs and takes his time to explain, that you understand the direction you need to move forward for positive results, and continued good health.
