They seem to overbook consistently, which means longer wait times than should be acceptable. Routine doctor visits should be completed 1 hour post appointment time, not still be in the waiting room 1 hour post appointment time.
They could improve customer service at front desk ( rude) Long waiting time for your appointment and don’t keep patients updated on wait times
