The lack of response from this office is appalling. For over a month I’ve left several messages for Dr. London to get in touch with me about my MRI for the brain and there has been no response. Living in Nyack is beautiful but having doctors in the area is a appalling. I will switch back to the doctors in Westchester/Montefiore who actually get back in touch with you.
A lazy Doctor find some one else.
Dr. London has been taking care of me for many years. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for him. I wouldn't have anyone else take care of me. He's amazing.
Avoid. Find someone else. He grossly misdiagnosed me with bone spurs on my vertebrae when it was in fact a herniated disc. Terrible bedside/etiquette and useless recommendations for treatment (even if he had gotten the diagnosis right— which he didn’t). Office staff was also quite terrible. If you are having issues do yourself a favor and go to a different doctor.
I have worked with some of Dr. London's patients, and they respond well to their treatments because they are correctly diagnosed and benefit from Physical Therapy.
