I was very impressed with everyone at Barsoum Dental! I am a new patient and was warmly welcomed, given extra attention from Dr. Barsoum himself, and treated with loving care. This has been the best Dentist I have ever been to. Even my kids like coming to this Dentist. Dr. Barsoum and all the staff are very caring. Great customer service.
Dr. Barsoum and his staff are exemplary. I wanted to particularly thank Lindsay and Hanh. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, so I was very worried. But Dr. Barsoum and his staff made me feel at ease and made sure I was always comfortable throughout the whole process. I am truly touched that Dr. Barsoum took the time to check up on me later that same day. I look forward to my next appointment.
The ambiance of the entire office is amazing, but still the customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced! My dental assistant, Tamar, was very courteous, attentive, and calming! Dr. Barsoum is very knowledgable and patient, he explained everything thoroughly and even called later in the evening in order to check on me! I am so glad to have found this office!
