Called on a late Friday morning, praying they would squeeze me in that afternoon. They were amazing from the phone call to the dentist himself. Extremely courteous. Place is spotless. I would recommend them to anyone.
I can't say enough of Dr. Barsoum and his staff. He is completely trust worthy, knowledgeable and willing to sit down with you personally and explain everything in order for you to have the most comfortable experience. Top tier dentistry and customer service from the time you walk in. Great front office staff as well, the scheduling runs smoothly.
From the moment I stepped into the office I was amazed by the quality of customer service. The ladies in the front greeted me right away, and a couple minutes after that I was taken inside. I had an appointment with Dr. Joseph Morcos, the periodontist, who from start to finish treated me like family. He was very careful with the shots and always made sure I was comfortable.
