Charged me $70 the day I went in for an eye exam and then they charged me card they kept on file without my consent another $50 months later. I did not give them permission to keep my credit card information so regardless of if I owed more for some reason which they told me I was all set the day off. Keeping your clients credit card information is shady and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with someone like that.
BEWARE: They only care about how much money they can get from you. I paid $125 (after insurance) to have a contact lens fitting. The contact lens don't fit properly causing blurry vision and when they move they cause irritation and dryness. I called to make a follow up appointment and they want another $75. For what? The contacts they prescribed DON'T FIT!

I loved this office and have been going there for many years. I called to schedule an appointment for myself, my husband, and my daughter and was told that they cannot schedule 3 family appointments in the same day. I have never missed or not show up for an appointment so this seems unreasonable to me. To have to come back the following day is not sufficient.
