This doctor saw my husband and Sarasota Memorial Hospital. He was suffering from an incurable rare disease. He was in great trouble and Dr.Venigala had enough wisdom to see he had to be air transported to MD Anderson in Texas. Got referred to this 3rd world doctors office and I cannot even make an appointment.Receptionist is so rude and snappy. Just a horrible experience and so frustrating especially when going thru a stressful time.
Very "cold" personality... rushes in looks and types in computer and rushes out. Impossible to reach if you have a serious concern about the condition of your family member... she will "not" call you back... only a nurse calls back. I cannot believe how "uncaring" she is... keep your family member away from her and the Hollis Cancer Center in Lakeland, FL... take them somewhere where they actually "care" and will return a call to the family members! Dr. Venigalla was very informative, and spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. She was very professional, caring, and my wife and I came away feeling a lot better and certainly informed.
She is very rude and does not want you asking her any questions, responds to make you feel stupid. No compassion for patient or family members. Patient will NEVER see her again! Office and other medical staff were wonderful and caring.
