I have received excellent Medical Care in the past; however, after making appointment for my son, I was advised they do not accept our Blue Cross Insurance. She was extremely rude stating "Good luck finding a provider. Other patients with that insurance cannot find a provider anywhere in Jacksonville." St Vincent's healthcare does accept our insurance. I'm sure others do as well. There was simply no excuse for such unprofessional treatment.
Dr. Khadour is just what I want and need in a doctor. She listens; gives credence to my observations; takes into account my weird medical history and special problems, and has never exhibited a "one-solution-for-everyone" attitude. She knows her field, and also has no issues recommending a course of action beyond the confines of Family Practice. Personally, she is really easy to talk with, and has a great sense of humor underneath her concerned and true caring manner. Thanks for good care!
Dr. Khadour saved my life. She recognized that I was very sick. She sent me to several specialists. I had pancreatic cancer. It was caught in time. I had major surgery and I am cancer free. I never had pain, just became weaker and weaker. If she had not referred me to specialists it would have been to late. She is very knowledgeable and also very personal.

I recently had to locate physicians in the Mandarin area as I worked in another area for 20 years but the traffic and travel were just getting so bad I needed to make a change. I looked into available physicians in the Memorial Healthcare service and found just what I needed. Dr. Luna Khadour was top on my list not only was she so professional but her office staff is professional and, waiting time is minimal, and she is close to my home. I feel very good with my find.
