They take to long to get referrals in, their phone system is crap. Never answer, always get hung up on. Can’t ever get an appt when you need one either. Front desk if always chatting and gossiping in front of patience, makes you feel like they talk about you once your gone.

I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Our standard practice is to provide referrals to patients at the end of the visit. Some plans require authorization and can take up to 5/7 days for approval. We do offer same day appointments, but due to the cold and flu season we have been busier than usual. After changing insurance my prior doctor's practice that I had used for 20 years did not take my new insurance and I needed to find a new doctor. After a number of phone calls I selected Dr. Khadour's practice. My initial call and questions were answered in a very courteous and caring way versus other offices that I called. I was able to get an near date appointment time. I found the front desk staff, nursing staff and Dr. Khadour all demonstrated that they were very patient focused, took time to listen and discuss/explain.

I began seeing Dr. Khadour after my doctor for over 30 years retired. Honestly, I went into this new doctor-client-(sometimes) patient relationship with a very cautious and skeptical attitude. Hoping for a good fit, but ready to move on if necessary.
