Great appt. I was seen right away. Dr. Khadour takes her time, is professional, knowledgeable and kind.

Does not spend time with patient. Does not listen to anything patient says. Don't waste your time & money seeing her.
They take to long to get referrals in, their phone system is crap. Never answer, always get hung up on. Can’t ever get an appt when you need one either. Front desk if always chatting and gossiping in front of patience, makes you feel like they talk about you once your gone.

I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Our standard practice is to provide referrals to patients at the end of the visit. Some plans require authorization and can take up to 5/7 days for approval. We do offer same day appointments, but due to the cold and flu season we have been busier than usual. She made me feel that she had all the time in the world for me, and listened sincerely and patiently to me. I had my annual physical, and a very thorough one, indeed. After changing insurance my prior doctor's practice that I had used for 20 years did not take my new insurance and I needed to find a new doctor. After a number of phone calls I selected Dr. Khadour's practice. My initial call and questions were answered in a very courteous and caring way versus other offices that I called. I was able to get an near date appointment time. I found the front desk staff, nursing staff and Dr. Khadour all demonstrated that they were very patient focused, took time to listen and discuss/explain.
