very poor customer service from the lady at the front desk, she is sending patients away for minimal issues, too lazy to check in a new patient who come in 11:30 for appt, was told have to re sch appt after she took 20 min with insurance, I work in doctors office and when a pt show up on time no matter how long it takes to get pt checked in that pt will be seen on that day
I’m diagnosed with DDD C2-3-4 & DJD bilateral knee, osteoarthritis, and a slipped L-5 disk. This from a rock slide accident in1998 that has left me in growing pain since. I don’t ever abuse my pain meds. Why the doctor could not help me knowing I’m on my last few pills. I’m told it could take a week. So I do as requested BUT Dr Khadour offered NO HELP FOR ME GOING THROUGH WITHDRAWALS & SEVERE PAIN in couple days. I find that very harmful. I have detoxed before & never again. I’d rather pass on than go through it.

Everything was pleasant from beginning to end of visit. Office personnel were friendly and efficient. Dr. Khadour explained everything and answered all my questions.
Dr. Khadour was able to see me the same day I called for an appointment, and was, as always, punctual, thorough, professional, courteous and concise.
Dr. Khadour is like no other GP i've ever had. She is prompt, attentive, caring and accurate. I can depend on her for good professional care and expert advice. I am very thankful to have her as my GP.

Just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Khadour and her staff. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. As a new patient, I did appreciate the ability to complete the new patient packet online which made my in-processing much quicker. Thanks for all that you do, especially in such a challenging time in our society during this pandemic.
Dr Khadour is very good at finding the right medication that you need. She is promt,always on time.Don't have to wait to get the help you need. The staff is polite and helpfull. If you call the office, they will help no mthere the problem.
Found two different conditions that my regular did not while he was on vacation and I went to her. One was a possible fatal condition had it not been discovered. Great doctor.
