Dr. Peralta is not only knowledgable, he is also compassionate and thoughtful. He helped me through the administrative nightmare of DHS with letters and necessary paperwork. A patient, genuinely caring person. He goes out of his way to help.

Called Doctor's office for an attempt to schedule appointment for a patient. Explained to Doctor I was member's CM. He refused said If patient can't call then patient can not get an appointment and hung up. Called back he answered and asked to stop calling he does not want to deal with this patient. Extremely unprofessional. I will call member's insurane and inform them of this doctor. He should treat patient this way.

Erma at the front is terrible, and needs to be fired. An elderly patient pending surgery was just turned away. Now the entire procedure is in jeopardy. The office does not call to confirm appointments prior, which is standard policy across many offices. She claims that there is no beeper to the doctor, there is no fax, and she is the supervisor. If language barriers is ever your concern, you should come see this doctor. He can speak spanish, french, english and maybe others I don't know of. He's upfront about your health, but it's for the best.
