Honestly, I thought Dr. Louis J. Volpicelli would be a good Doctor but he was just rude and disappointing. So many unnecessary appointments and they were always rushed, hardly let me speak or cut me off when I was going to ask a question. He wanted to include unnecessary treatment with the excuse that they were needed so the insurance would pay for surgery. And turns out it was just to benefit his wallet. This physician scheduled follow up visits that are not needed just to pad his wallet. The nurse Esmeralda claims they need these a certain number of visits to make sure your insurance approves the claim. Having worked in the industry I know this is false. Most PPO plans are not as stringent and do not require numerous appointments. Getting anything done from this office is like pulling teeth.
