The chairs they had in the waiting room were nice and comfortable. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Dr. Schroeder has been my family Doctor for many years. I would go NO where else!!!

Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
First time visit. As instructed by the office, I brought in some prescriptions I've taken recently (allergy and pain meds). Without even a proper introduction, Lori storms into the room and says she isn't comfortable prescribing some of these medications. I was only looking for a primary care physician close to home for regular check ups and a doctor I can develop some history with. Rude... What a disappointment!
