Dr Schroeder is great, her nurse is well I wouldn't know. I had called and left a message a week earlier about a change of insurance and when it would start to get a short refil on my medications until I could get into see dr Schroeder. Never heard from the nurse. Sent In the refill request and got a message from the manager/recpt saying I needed to make an appointment before the refill. I understand the need to seethe dr every year for prescriptions. I was not asking for a lot. I feel that my call went ignored. That if this... read more
