I am an existing patient. I called for my appointment, but no one answered the phone call. I called many times every day, and I was unavailable. I got through once, but I was put on hold for half an hour. So crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. If the phone call was unacceptable, why I was asked to call back?????????
