Dr. Grana is wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. She has a warm personality and is very compassionate, but also is a straight-shooter. I would highly recommend her.

Love Dr Grana. Unfortunately the way medicine is going these days her office policy for account billing I find unaccepatable. They requires you to leave a credit card on file so they can bill for your balance. My problem with this ( and it happened to me). It your not experience in medical billing and fileing. You could end up being billed incorrectly. Their system has a lot of flaws. Or the other option is to pay in full even if they accept your ins or it's covered in full!
I went to see Dr. Grana with concerns about sudden weight gain and loss of energy during the end of my second trimester. Instead of showing concern she made remarks about me not trying hard enough to eat healthy and excersize, then made a few stabs at my weight and commented that I should have taken better care of myself before I got pregnant. For the record I exercized regularly pre-pregnancy and was wearing size small maternity clothes. Another doctor found out it was gestational diabetes.
I followed Dr. Grana from her last practice. She delivered my first LO and was wonderful. She was attentive and checked on me after the delivery, even though it was after busy night and I was not the only mother in labor. Dr. Grana is now treating my endometriosis with the same care I received in OB. She's answered all my questions and presented me with options. Although, I after nervous after my out the surgery, I trust Dr. Grana and highly recommend her.
Dr. Grana ridiculed my sister for having come to Cary instead of Raleigh, she went on and on before an emergency section that she should have come sooner and blamed her that the baby was being born early by repeating 'this could have been prevented.' Grana checked on her 24hrs after the section but didn't ask how the baby was doing. With the pain of being separated from her newborn, Grana guilted her again repeating that had she come sooner they might have delayed delivery. She was very unkind!
