All the staff and the doctor himself are really kind. My husband gets nauseous when he see blood and this is the first primary care doctor that actually takes his condition to mind and offered him to lay down while taking blood and afterwards provides water and sweets to avoid the nauseous feeling. As a client I feel cared for and respected throughout my visit. Christine the office manager talks to patients about daily life to help calm down the patient to get rid of nervousness. I’ve been to plenty of doctors due to my commercial insurance so I normally choose whatever clinic that gives me the faster appointment. Dr.Hung is professional, you can tell from him explaining your reports and giving solutions to your problems compared to other doctors. He prescribes meds carefully which is definitely really thoughtful for the patient. Now my whole family goes to Dr Hung’s office!
The doctor was arrogant, and the mid-to-older woman at the front desk matched him in rudeness. With plenty of other doctors nearby, I won’t be bothered with this one for good.
