I had a dysport appointment 2 weeks ago, and I was told from a doctor and her office to come for additional complimentary touch up if is needed or to fix if is uneven. So my eyebrows dropped and I called for a touch up. I already have a touch up appointment and it was clear on the phone that’s it’s complimentary ( included in what was paid, just like everywhere else) ! dr. lindsay jones she not professional she don’t know how to talk with the client. She’s very rude.she is not good doctor. She don’t know anything I went to there for my Botox and my filler she don’t do anything. I she put empty syringe in my face spend $850 Don’t work I go back to again and show my face to her. She very rude. She don’t do anything. and she bleed my whole face even she not clean and I never go back to her

I wish there is zero star. I went to Dr Jones more than month ago to do forehead Botox and I couldn’t open my right eye for over a month now. I went to follow up visit and I was met with no empathy. This is very unprofessional.
