Terrible!! Unprofessional and never ever available for patients. Honestly she's a waste of time. Been calling her for months and never picks up and has never ever called back. Also from the times we've met it seems that's she's never sure about anything and that's not reassuring.
Was a Great doctor Unfortunately she is NOT reliable or responsible at all!!!! During this pandemic by law she has to serve her patients but i have numerous proofs of how they never answer phone calls nor return messages. She is not seeing patients at the office and the receptionists never know anything. Please do not go to Dr. Levis Guzman she is a joke.
Dr. Guzman is very knowledgeable and she spends time with her patients.

Absolutely the worst customer service I ever experienced. I called 2 days ago to schedule a check-up for my mother. They took mine & my mothers information then stating they will give me a call back & did not receive any status updates nor call back. I even called back before closing hours & the phones just kept ringing.
