I broke a bone in my hand and dislocated my wrist after an awkward fall. Dr. Katolik was amazing. He explained everything before surgery and listened to every concern I had. I continue to see him for occasional pain and he is always helpful. He is an extremely intelligent doctor and by far my favorite that I've ever had to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone.
I recently sustained a fall that resulted in torn ligaments around my thumb. I was referred to The Philadelphia Hand Center for evaluation and then surgery. I was in a great deal of pain prior to the surgery. Dr. Katolick was extremely kind and compassionate. While being prepped for my surgery, Dr. Katolick sat in the OR with me which I found EXTREMELY comforting. I continue with 2 amazing Hand Therapists, Marie and Annalisa. Dr Katolick and his staff truly a credit to their profession!
Minimal to minor pain after surgery ,in general an all around good experience ,as far as surgeries go . I highly recommend Dr.Katolik !!!
Fantastic. Office full of folks and I feel like he spends an eternity with me. One week after surgery and my annoying numbness is gone. I can see why my husband raved about the guy with the messy hair.
Spent less than 5 minutes with me; seemed to brush off my concerns and stood up and nearly walked out of the room while I was still asking questions.
My left hand was done on December 1st and the right hand on the 22nd. The results where amazing right away, I no longer wake up 4-5 times a night having to work my hands until the feeling returns. I had little pain after each the operation and used them within days of the surgery.
