Positives: Staff were all very friendly and professional. Endoscopy procedure went well. Recovery was fast. Dr. Flescher went over the results with me after the procedure. Negatives: Arrived 15 minutes ahead of appointment time to complete paper work. Wasn't brought into the prep area until a full hour after my appointment time. You could hang meat in the waiting room. I was advised after the procedure that I could have asked for a blanket. No one asked if I was comfortable while waiting.
Have seen and been treated by Dr. Hirth for quite a few years and he is always candid and forthright when discussing findings and treatment recommendations.
Dr. Hirth is the best gastroenterologist I have ever seen. Dr. Hirth has provided a comprehensive and thorough intake exam. His attentive and patient attention gave me total confidence and provided the answers I needed. I give Dr. Hirth a 10+++
Dr. Hirth and his assistant were both very friendly, listened and allowed me to ask questions. Explained everything clearly. Even showed ma video of the procedure!I was very impressed that they sent me a text regarding my prescription and an email,with notes about my visit. Very thorough and professional!
He took his time to listen to me and answered all my questions. Once I was wheeled into the procedure room he was all business. I hold high respect for Dr Flescher.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hirth for the past 7.5 years and was very satisfied with his medical skills, talents and communication abilities. In the past two years he expanded his practice to include a brand new facility and surgical center. This when things started going down hill. The new office staff is disrespectful and right down nasty.
