Really good experience with Dr. Flescher's office. Staff was friendly and efficient. The same applies for the medical assistant. Dr. Flescher was thorough. He asked a lot of questions to try and understand the issue and diagnose potential problems. Dr. Flescher took his time and was not at all rushed. I could tell that he is actually looking out for his patients. Would definitely recommend him as a doctor.

Dr. Flescher has performed 2 procedures on me recently. This is a doctor that really cares about his patients. In the large practice that he has I never felt like I was lost in the shuffle. He is affiliated with the Boca Raton Outpatient Surgery and Laser Ctr. At his direction his staff is amazing and also caring. They make you feel like you're their only patient. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again or to recommend Dr. Flescher to family or friends.
Outstanding performance and follow through. Went to Dr. Flescher for stomach complaints. Had endoscopy. Took new meds. Did not help. He scheduled a CAT scan. Discovered pancreatic cancer and bladder cancer. Within two hours of the scan he had me set up with an oncology team to handle. He went above and beyond and may have saved my life.
Down to earth, patient, great bedside manner, takes appropriate time to explain things, highly capable. Excellent doctor!!
He is an amazing doctor, a kind, warm, caring human being. His first consideration is always the patient and what he can do to make you well. When there is no easy solution he finds one. I would and have recommended him to many of my friends and neighbors. They feel as I do, that he is a wonderful person and physician.
I was very disappointed in this doctor. I went there for a consultation about my throat since a barium swallow and upper GI showed no cause for the lump in my throat when I swallowed. Instead he kept badgering me to have a colon exam. I suppose he felt it was his duty to inform me of this since I am 65 years old but this was more than informing me and that's not why I came to his office. I 'd like to solve the current problem first, my throat. I was very upset by the time I left there.
