Terrible attitude. He arrived to the office more than one solid hour late with the lame excuse of “traffic”. His staff was equally rude and would not provide an explanation on the delay. Then he stayed 2 minutes with me, he was obviously in a hurry.

The staff was very nice! The doctor seemed polite, easy going and friendly! I liked that I was attended to in a proper and quickly!
He was very nice and examined me to find, he says , a lymph node that grows and subsides. I thought he was honest and good.

He is an excellent and caring doctor. I am glad to have Dr. Flescher on my tesm!
Dr. Fletcher performed an Endoscopy.
Positives: Staff were all very friendly and professional. Endoscopy procedure went well. Recovery was fast. Dr. Flescher went over the results with me after the procedure. Negatives: Arrived 15 minutes ahead of appointment time to complete paper work. Wasn't brought into the prep area until a full hour after my appointment time. You could hang meat in the waiting room. I was advised after the procedure that I could have asked for a blanket. No one asked if I was comfortable while waiting.
