Positives: Staff were all very friendly and professional. Endoscopy procedure went well. Recovery was fast. Dr. Flescher went over the results with me after the procedure. Negatives: Arrived 15 minutes ahead of appointment time to complete paper work. Wasn't brought into the prep area until a full hour after my appointment time. You could hang meat in the waiting room. I was advised after the procedure that I could have asked for a blanket. No one asked if I was comfortable while waiting.
He took his time to listen to me and answered all my questions. Once I was wheeled into the procedure room he was all business. I hold high respect for Dr Flescher.
There are not enough words to express my appreciation to Dr. Flescher and his staff. From my first call with Markie to meeting Dr. Flescher, Luke, Lillie and the Front DeskStaff. All whom made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The facility is clean, well maintained and managed. I was seen immediately by Dr. Flescher’s PA, Luke who reviewed my medical history, on completion, Dr. Flescher entered the office with a warm smile, welcome and allowed me to explain the reason for my visit. Dr. flescher is an unbelievable doctor. He is patient, listens to his patients and helps his patients. He is by far the best GI doctor in the state and quite possibly the country. I HIGHLY recommend him.
