I called yesterday to get an appointment The dentist seem incredibly rude I did not make my appointment with this office not sure why the dentist is answering the phone to make appointments

I called to see if they could see my husband same day. Dentist said 9 o’clock. As I tried explaining my husband wasn’t able to come in until 11, the dentist interrupted and said 9 o’clock. So I hung up. My husband was hurting so bad that he left work for a 9 o’clock appointment. The dentist wouldn’t see him because “his wife was rude on the phone” 😂 wow! extortionist. this man is trying to extort money. this is a personal family dentistry office. if you are not family they don't want you there. trying to charge me a fee for xrays that the insurance company has paid for that he says are his personal property. he did nothing for my teeth except xrays and look at my teeth. did not clean anything. most unprofessional dentist i have ever seen looking at my teeth in the lobby. tried to tell me he needed 500 to 600 for a cap and that insurance that i have $4000 coverage a year woul... read more
