I called yesterday to get an appointment The dentist seem incredibly rude I did not make my appointment with this office not sure why the dentist is answering the phone to make appointments

I called to see if they could see my husband same day. Dentist said 9 o’clock. As I tried explaining my husband wasn’t able to come in until 11, the dentist interrupted and said 9 o’clock. So I hung up. My husband was hurting so bad that he left work for a 9 o’clock appointment. The dentist wouldn’t see him because “his wife was rude on the phone” 😂 wow!
