Dr. Epstein and his staff are very courteous and professional. He was very attentive, detailed and thorough when explaining treatments and procedures and made me feel comfortable and confident in having him as my doctor.
My experience with Dr. Epstein was excellent. My problems were bladder related. Dr. Epstein fully explained what was causing my problems and options for correcting the problems, both surgical and non-surgical. I had surgery, everything turned out great. I am so happy! Dr. Epstein is kind, patient, a good listener and very caring about how you are feeling during your appointment or procedures. Highly recommend. He has a caring and competent staff.
My bladder issues were getting worse. I needed a specialist. I found my way to Dr. Epstein and my life has been changed for the BETTER! I feel like I am 20 again... or however old you are when everything is working well! I tried PT in his office, but due to my issues of 3 big babies, genes and age, I ended up needing surgery. It was the best decision ever! Dr. Epstein and his staff treated me SO well. I thank God for them every day. I am calm, secure and well bc of their care and expertise.
not enough words to describe Dr.Epstein, He is very passionate in what he does. he listened to me and answered every question. Although the necessary procedures had to be done, his staff made me feel secure. I love his sense of humor and always greeted me with the biggest smile. He took my concern about the golden standard sling to heart ( my sister had a bad experience with her doctor) didn’t blow me off, i can tell you, he knows what he is doing. i highly recommend Dr. Epstein.
Dr. Epstein is a caring and knowledgeable physician, with excellent bed-side manner. He immediately put me at ease, is approachable and took a lot of time to explain procedures to me and answer all my questions. Surgically he is very skilled and I couldn't be more pleased with my surgical outcome. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

When I saw Dr. Epstein, he was with another well known urological group. This doctor asked me why I made an appointment with him instead of his colleague who I had seen previously. I told I was in a great deal of discomfort and his colleague was not available. He was condescending, very rushed and somewhat rude. The ONLY positive outcome was the DPT he referred me to who was very helpful and kind.
I had the best experience with Dr. Epstein and his staff. He took the time to explain surgical and non surgical options to me and I couldn't be happier with my care. My life doesn't revolve around a restroom anymore. Highly recommended!
