I have found Dr. Epstein over the last year and a half to be the most caring, thoughtful, and thorough doctor I have ever been to. I was totally impressed and confident in his expertise in his field, he explains in detail, cares about you and in my opinion an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend him! So thankful that he has taken excellent care of me and solved my issue.

Terrible! He violated my rights to refuse a procedure. I said no and he was sneaky and did it any how. Asked staff for him to call me and got he does not make phone call appointments. This was not an appointment, is was to confront him with what he did. After 3 phone calls he called me and brushed off the issue. Do not go see him.
I like Dr. Epstein but my last visit didn't went well.I was in so much pain after my cystoscopy the tech had poke my scar tissue while giving me the anesthetic gel.I didn't expect the kind of therapy I'm getting and I know for sure that nothing else is going inside my private parts and to this date I am so terrified by it.I called to cancel all my upcoming appointment except my follow up with the MD. but this staff pressured me to cancel it too as if she's telling me not to comeback which it will be my pleasure. Dr. Epstein and Staff are excellent! From the start I felt very comfortable with Dr. Epstein he takes the time to explain everything and is very thorough . I would highly recommend Dr. Epstein.
I was impressed with my first experience at Dr. Epstein's office. I found the staff to be courteous and very helpful. Dr Epstein was very kind, personable and thorough in developing a plan addressing my concerns which was so reassuring!
Dr. Epstein and his staff are highly skilled, courteous and professional. The wait time was only about 10 min each visit. Dr. Epstein diagnosed my problem and provided a plan to keep it under control. I highly recommend him!
