Rude and insulting. Walked out as I tried to explain new, different pain I am having that is greatly interfering with quality of life. Now my primary care Dr has had to send me to UK sports med clinic to do proper imaging after identifying a serious issue. Not sure why I go to a pain treatment center to have my pain issues ignored. Office staff is rude. Covid precautions were NOT followed carefully while patients were lined up in the hallway with other patients passing closely and going in and out of restrooms in between the... read more
Dr Hummel spent time to really see me and listen to me. She cares. She is thoughtful. She taught me about my condition and the treatment options, and helped me to think through it all.
Dr. Hummel took extra time to explain a long standing condition that no other Doctor has ever explained to me before. She was understanding and helpful to myself as well as my daughter/caregiver.
