I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Larussa’s office! For starters, an actual person answers your phone call and your questions each time you call the office! The staff seemed very experienced and were great at caring for my toddler. I think he actually had fun going to the doctor! Also, Dr. Larussa did everything needed in one visit so we didn’t have to make multiple trips. He was knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I highly recommend him if you need an allergist!

This doctor is a miracle worker. He cured my son's severe peanut allergies which originally scored off the charts. My son is now able to eat and be around peanuts. Dr. Larussa comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in the door the entire team was helpful and accommodating! I would recommend their Office to everyone! Entirely worth the 2.5 hour drive!
Dr. Larussa is amazing. He helped us so much with our daughter. He really listens and wants to help. I’m so thankful to him and his staff for all they’ve done for my daughter.
Today my son "graduated" from OIT for peanuts and several tree nuts. He is 4 years old and I can send him to preschool without fear. Dr. LaRussa was the first physician in Birmingham (and probably in the state) to offer this effective and evidence based treatment for food allergies. He is treating my toddler son for nut allergies also. I can't say enough about him and his staff. He has changed our lives for the better.
