Staff friendly but very professional. Really try to accommodate the clients. Everything done for covid without it being a major production. I feel that I receive good dental care with professionalism and with the staff demonstrating true concern about the client.
I enjoy coming to Southport Dental. The staff is professional and helps me answer question about my insurance instead of me tracking down the answers. Dr. Williams is not only thorough, but professional and really cares about his patients. He has a great "bedside" manner and explains everything in advance and walks me through the service provided.
Having moved here to a new town it is scary to meet new doctors and dentists and anticipate visits especially when you are anxious or like me have anxiety attacks. The technician, Jessica was very good and patient with me and put me at ease. Dr. Jennifer Munson was really great, she is friendly and helpful and I left Southport Dental with a totally positive experience. Thanks to everyone there.
Maddison is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. During my visits my questions never go unanswered and she does her very best to explain in detail my concerns. I leave feeling educated but most of all cared for. Thank You Maddison for making my smile pretty :)

Great experience. I was very impressed with Madison who was my hygienist. She did an outstanding job of taking care of me. Dr. Williams is my Dentist and he always does an exceptional job. Catherine the Receptionist did a great job handling the COVID responsibilities and getting me checked in and out, I highly recommend Southport Dental.
