I had my usual appointment including cleaning, exam, and discussion with Dr. Williams. I had questions regarding a suggested treatment plan and he was very specific in answering my questions. Dr. Williams’ chair side manner is gentle and kind without scaring the patient. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The hygienist was skilled and friendly. The whole appt. was pleasant and helpful as usual. A very caring practice.
