Dr. Schapiro is a compassionate, intelligent, and all-around wonderful pediatrician who has helped our family countless times, I would strongly recommend her
Dr. Schapiro is so kind and fast to respond! She is incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer a variety of questions with accurate information. She makes the kids feel really special.
Dr Schapiro was the attending pediatrician for our newborn baby. She was vague and made asinine assumptions about our baby without providing details. Testing later confirmed she was wrong about her assumptions. She also lacked the kindness to apologize on her own behalf and made two different resident pediatricians apologize. What could’ve been a great newborn experience was one of the most frightening times of our lives, hours into our baby’s life.
I have taken my small children to Dr Schapiro at CHOP Urgent Care on several occasions (once for an ear infection, once for a nursemaid's elbow). Both times we were seen quickly, taken care of correctly, and treated with kindness. Dr Schapiro is an excellent, knowledgeable and easy-going physician and we highly recommend her!
