I normally see nurse practitioner, Sue Chappuis, whom I love in the Palm Coast office. For 2 years her and I have tried everything to regulate my body. She finally said let's get you in to one of the physicians. Dr. Needham was the first available and I was having an ultrasound immediately before seeing her. In the ultrasound the tech was outwardly concerned about what she was seeing and said she was going to talk to Dr. Needham right then. First time visit at this facility. Dr. Needham was terrific! She gave me her undivided attention as I expressed my concerns. She took her time with my visit and was very thorough and informative.
I went to her multiple times and when I explained my pain and symptoms she just stared at me like I making a big deal out of nothing. I am in menopause and having all manner of problems and she just wants to spend 5 minutes staring at me and give me some samples for a very expensive subscription based plant supplements (Bonafide). I have tried them. They do not work. She Will not listen. She shamed me about wanting sexual pleasure again someday. She will not answer my questions. She either does not care or is incompetent. No long wait time for Dr. Needham. She is very sweet and thorough. Listens and makes you feel like her patient not a number. Highly recommend this office.
